Who We Are

We are a private gym, training studio & therapy room on Glenmore Business Park in Waterbeach offering our services by appointment only.

You can book fitness classes, personal training sessions & injury & illness rehabilitation carried out in our fully equipped gym. Plus nutrition consultations and massage therapy in our therapy room, via our booking page on a flexible pay as you go basis with no added membership fees.
