Ingredients

1 Large Baked Sweet Potato
3 tbsp Cacao or Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
Seed Mix E.g. Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Linseeds/Flaxseeds

Recipe

1) Place baked sweet potato (skin left on for added fibre and texture), desiccated coconut and cacao powder in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until fully combined and has formed a smooth, thick consistency. Add some more desiccated coconut if the mixture is a little wet.

2) Take out a spoonful of the mixture, and using your hands, roll into a ball. Roll the ball in your choice of the seeds or some additional cacao powder or desiccated coconut.

3) Set the bliss balls on a plate and leave in the fridge for at least an hour to harden slightly.

Enjoy your bliss balls with a cup of tea or one of our healthy drinks such as a homemade turmeric latte.
