Whole Grain Pancakes

Here is a basic healthy dairy-free & egg-free pancake recipe that can be used for any pancake occasion!

This recipe makes approximately 8 large pancakes, but will make nearly double that amount if you are making smaller, more American-style pancakes.

Ingredients

130g Oats
4 Bananas
500ml Water

Recipe

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until relatively smooth.

2. Leave batter to sit for 5-10 mins whilst you heat a non-stick pan. Pour into pan to a pancake diameter of approximately 15cm.

5. Flip & cook on the other side once edges look cooked and bubbles appear in the middle.

6. Enjoy your pancake with your choice of topping!

If there are any ingredients that you do not like in any of the recipes, then feel free to swap them out for another food choice within the same food category (grains, beans & other legumes, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds).

You can also use frozen fruit or veg when you don’t have the fresh option.
