Cheezy Cashew Sauce

Ingredients

150g Cashew Nuts

3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

2 tsp Pureed Garlic

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

150ml Water

Sprinkle of Black Pepper

Recipe

1) Firstly soak the cashew nuts in the water for at least 1 hour until softened.

2) Then add the cashew nuts and water into a high speed blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth.

3) If you prefer your cheezy sauce to be a little thinner to go on a light salad then feel free to add a little more water.
