Chamomile Latte

Makes 1 Cup

Ingredients

120ml Water
120ml Milk (any kind of milk is fine, including soya, oat, almond etc)
1 Chamomile Teabag or small handful fresh loose camomile

Recipe

1) Place all ingredients into a pan on the hob.

2) Warm on a medium heat until it comes to the boil. Take off the hob and allow the flavours to infuse for a further 5 mins.

3) Pour out into your favourite mug (pour through a sieve if using loose chamomile) and enjoy your healthy and calming hot drink.

Top Tips

You can also make this drink in the microwave by placing all ingredients in a microwavable jug and heating until it starts to boil. Leave in the jug for a further 5 mins before pouring out.

If there are any ingredients that you do not like in any of the recipes, then feel free to swap them out for another food choice within the same food category (grains, beans & other legumes, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds).

You can also use frozen fruit or veg when you don’t have the fresh option.

Don’t forget to keep the skins on your veg where possible for essential added fibre and nutrition.
