Ingredients

50g Fresh Strawberries
100ml Milk (any kind, including oat, soya, almond etc)
1 tbsp Cacao or Cocoa Powder

Recipe

1) Place strawberries and half of the milk in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until fully combined and has formed a smooth consistency.

2) Pour the mixture into the first half of your lolly mould and place in the freezer for 30 mins-1 hour to partially set.

3) Blend the remainder of the milk and the cacao powder.

4) Carefully remove the lolly moulds from the freezer and pour the milk/cacao mixture on top of the strawberry mixture. Place back in the freezer for another 2 hours to fully set.

Top Tips
If you prefer, you can leave out the cacao powder and just add the milk with a teaspoon of vanilla essence to make a strawberry vanilla iced-lolly.
